Description
The needle valve DV-5425SS was especially developed for dispensing of low to medium viscosity materials. The valve body is made from stainless steel (WNr. 1.4305, AISI 303). The DV-5425SS needle valve enables control of material from extremely small individual shots to continuous beads. The needle dispensing valve is pneumatically controlled. The slim design allows for installation in automated lines and a high packing density.
Functionality
The valve is closed in the idle state. The opening gap is adjustable on the valve. The valve is opened with the control air. The valve needle moves up out of the seat and the material can then flow through the material input to the material output. Optionally, auxiliary air can be used for faster closure.Otherwise, the valve closes using spring force.
